The voice agent that answers in Arabic.

We built it for ourselves first. It listens, works out what a caller actually needs, captures their details and hands the lead to the team — in Saudi Arabic, on our own infrastructure in Frankfurt. It is running right now, and you can talk to it on this page.

— Test guide

Four things to try, in under two minutes.

This is SANAD’s own receptionist — it answers our calls for real, in Arabic, and works out your situation before it writes anything down. Take any of the four roles below. Whatever language this page is in, you speak to it in Arabic.

No credentials needed

1. A new enquiry

Tell it what you need and let it talk to you. It works out your situation, takes your details, and the team comes back within one business day — and if you confirm your email, a confirmation reaches you straight away.

Say something like

«أبي نظام حجوزات»«موقعنا قديم»

What you type or say really does reach the SANAD team. Use your real details if you are genuinely interested, or say plainly that this is a test.

2. General questions

Ask it about SANAD. It answers with real examples — and you will notice it never quotes a price, however hard you push.

Say something like

«وش خدماتكم؟»«عندكم عملاء حقيقيين؟»«كم أسعاركم؟»

3. An existing client checking an order

Say you want to know where your order stands. It verifies you with a Saudi National Address short code and a date of birth, then reads back only that customer’s orders. Use one of the test accounts below.

Say something like

«أبي أعرف وش صار على طلبي»
Test clientNational Address codeDate of birthOrder numbers
سارة خالد القحطانيJUBA781222.07.1992SND-2001
أحمد رشيد حسنDAHB334103.11.1988SND-3001

What each order comes back with

  • SND-1001 — Customer-service voice assistant — in development, first prototype review mid-September 2026
  • SND-1002 — Diagnostic session — completed
  • SND-2001 — Booking system with automated reminders — in diagnosis
  • SND-3001 — Website with an order system — ready for handover

How to say the code: Say the letters in English — “R, Q, R, A — four, five, two, three”. It reads them back to you for confirmation.

4. An existing client opening a support ticket

Verify with the same details, then tell it something is broken. It judges the impact itself, opens an urgent or a normal ticket, and gives you a ticket number to note down. Try it once with work stopped and once with a small remark, and watch the priority and the promise change.

Say something like

«نظام الحجوزات عندنا واقف والعملاء ما يقدرون يحجزون»

Also worth trying

  • Interrupt it mid-sentence — it stops and listens.
  • Ask it whether it is a human or a robot.
  • Try verifying with the wrong details — it refuses politely, without telling you which part was wrong.

Everything in the table is invented — the names, addresses, orders and tickets exist only so you can test the assistant. Any resemblance to real data is coincidence. The call itself is real: it is processed by AI and may be reviewed to improve quality.

— Live demo

Talk to it now.

Nothing to install and nothing to sign up for. The conversation runs in your browser, is processed in the EU, and ends when you close the panel.

01Press the button — a conversation panel opens in the bottom-right corner.
02Allow the microphone when your browser asks for it.
03Speak Arabic. It will answer — and ask you something back.

This demo speaks Saudi Arabic only. The English and German agents are on the way — the same system, a different language.
