2. Data we process

Server / hosting logs. Our site is hosted by Hostinger (Hostinger International Ltd). When you visit, the server automatically processes your IP address, browser and user-agent, referring URL, and date/time. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — our legitimate interest in secure, stable operation.

Contact by email. If you contact us, we process the name, email and message you provide, in order to respond. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) and/or (f) GDPR.

Discovery-call booking (Calendly). Booking a call uses Calendly (Calendly LLC, USA). Data you enter — name, email, scheduling information — is processed by Calendly on our behalf; transfers to the USA rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b)/(f) GDPR.

WhatsApp. If you contact us via WhatsApp (WhatsApp Ireland Ltd / Meta), your number and messages are processed under WhatsApp's terms. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b)/(f) GDPR.

Cookies. This website uses only technically necessary cookies — for example, to remember your language choice. We do not set advertising or third-party analytics cookies.

3. Recipients and processors

Hosting (Hostinger), scheduling (Calendly), messaging (WhatsApp / Meta), and our email provider. We conclude data-processing agreements where required.

4. International transfers

Some processors are located outside the EU/EEA (for example, in the USA). Such transfers rely on adequacy decisions, the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, or Standard Contractual Clauses.

5. Retention

We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the stated purpose, or as required by statutory retention periods, and then delete it.

6. Your rights

Under Art. 15–21 GDPR you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection. 7. Saudi Arabia (PDPL)
