Rhythm Gym ERP
Riyadh · Custom ERP — A leading name in Saudi calisthenics, running on foundations built for an earlier stage. We rebuilt the digital side of the business around it — identity, systems, marketing — and we still run it today.
— The project
A leading gym, brought up to where the rest of it already was.
Context
Rhythm is one of the leading calisthenics gyms in Saudi Arabia, with a strong following in Riyadh and years of results behind it. But the setup that got them there had been built for an earlier version of the business — and the market around them hadn’t stood still.
They didn’t need rescuing. They needed the digital side of the company brought up to where the rest of it already was.
The approach
We came in as consultants, not as a vendor with something to sell. The brief was to look at the whole operation and work out what would carry it into its next stage.
The answer wasn’t one piece of software. It was restructuring the digital side of the business as a whole — the identity it presents, the system it runs on, and the way it reaches people. We scoped all three together, because fixing one without the others just moves the problem somewhere else.
What we built
A custom ERP
Built around how Rhythm actually operates, replacing what was there. Lower running cost, and a system that fits the business instead of one the team works around.
Digital identity and presence
Corporate design, website and social — one coherent thing, rather than parts collected over time.
Digital marketing campaigns
Built on the same identity, so what people see matches what they get.
The member app
The ERP from the customer’s side: members register, manage their account and find new courses without anyone in the office touching it.
Still running
We never handed Rhythm over. We run the backend and the IT infrastructure, and the system keeps growing with the business — event registration when they run events, new payment formats when they add them, ZATCA connected for compliance, and whatever integration comes next.
That’s the difference between a delivery and a partnership. Rhythm didn’t buy a system from us. They have a technology team.
