Mo leads AI strategy and delivery. A published AI researcher — his work proposes a reference architecture and an evaluation framework for LLM-driven business-process automation — he is also a hands-on builder of production AI voice agents for enterprise clients in Berlin. At SANAD he turns that frontier practice into systems clients run every day: advising on what AI should do, then building it.
Wail Alshameri
Co-Founder
Wail leads SANAD’s business, operations and growth from inside the Saudi market. An engineer by background with SAP and large-project leadership behind him, he is also CEO of Rhythm — which keeps his read on Gulf operations current, from the operator’s seat rather than the observer’s. At SANAD he owns business development in Saudi Arabia and makes sure every engagement is scoped around what actually moves the client’s operation.

Mohammed leads engineering and technical delivery at SANAD: architecture, systems, and the build itself. When an engagement moves from advice to implementation, he is the one who makes the hand-off real — turning scoped recommendations into software that ships, scales, and survives contact with production.
